The Loreto Toorak Past Pupils' Association's aim is to continue to be a gathering point for all Loreto students, whether visiting Melbourne, relocating to Melbourne or having always lived in Melbourne.
We want to work with the Past Pupil and Ex Student Associations of all Loreto schools. Loreto Past Pupils are in a unique position of having networks all around Australia and we want utilise this by networking, friendraising, supporting the Loreto Nuns and working with Mary Ward International Australia.
All Loreto Past Pupils are members of our Association regardless of the Loreto school attended.
The purposes of our Association are to:
· * Provide an opportunity for members to communicate with each other through various Activities and Events;
· *. Assist the aims of and give support to the Sisters of the ibvm. (Now called CJ’s.)
· *. Build networks and provide assistance to individual, or groups of Past Pupils' to support the various roles of women today;:
· *. Provide the opportunity for spiritual growth;
· * Give support to and participate in nominated social justice issues and organisations;
· *. Give support to the Loreto Mandeville Hall Toorak School Community;
· *. Actively bring, by the Association or its individual members, the Spirit of Loreto into local, national and international affairs; and
· *. Facilitate fundraising.
